OUR DESIGN PROCESS
We follow a very simple and candid design approach from preliminary meetings to the construction of your new project, our professional team support you throughout the entire process.
Stage 1 | Preliminaries
The process starts with answering your all questions at the pre-design stage then we will arrange a phone call to discuss about your project in depth. Post this call meeting if you are agreed and happy to proceed further, we will schedule an in-person meeting. For the renovation of existing building, we prefer to meet at client’s existing building address or residence in order to allow us to record the project features and conditions to be assessed for writing an accurate design proposal. For new projects we recommend visiting our office or as per the client wish we can visit his place to discuss about the project. After this initial in-person meeting we will let you know about the design fees of your project. During this meeting we listen very carefully about your vision for the project and based on your input we start rotating our design pen to conceptualize the building and project.
Stage 2 | Design Development
At this stage we will start developing design concept for your project that will represent about the style, function, flow and overall look of your project in the form of conceptual diagram and sketches by using the high-tech software.
With this design evolving process we value your input for the success of the project from scratch and once you are all happy with design scheme, we proceed to the next stage of development. We use a very high technology (BIM) for creating the entire project and we have the advance tool that will let you visualize your project through real time virtual reality walkthrough for the project in order to detect any irregularity in the design at the initial stage and we will fix that. As a result, through this technology, we save your time and money and prevent repeated unnecessary changes to design.

Stage 3 | Project Blueprints and Documentation
At this stage we start finalizing the full set of construction documents for execution on the site by your contractor or we also have a team of contractors, builders, labor etc. if you wish to sign the agreement with us to build your project under our team. At this stage sometimes the cost of the construction is too high due to multiple reasons, therefore our specialists will re-assess and re-analyze the project in the presence of the owner and the builder and find out the best solution to reduce and optimize the overall cost without compromising work and design quality. Once the costs are within client budget, the floor plans are finalized and are sent to the structural engineer for structural information to be added and for the plans to be signed and sealed.
Stage 4 | Construction Monitoring
Our professional team of architects, civil engineers and appointed builder or contractor will be involved throughout all stages of the design & construction process. We’re all time available to solve the problem that may arise on the site or if any design related issue comes into builder notice.
